Michael Hoppe brings over 30 years of experience in risk management and insurance services. He has been instrumental in developing innovative insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of builders and contractors.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota. A 20-year member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, he continues to demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the insurance industry, staying ahead in risk management practices and regulatory compliance. Mike also partnered with the Builders Association of Minnesota to create a targeted insurance program and has shared his expertise through teaching courses in risk management, loss control, and insurance.

Raised on a small farm in southern Minnesota, Mike is grounded in values of hard work and community service. Outside of his professional life, he actively serves through his church and various volunteer organizations.
