Steve began his career in New York as an insurance underwriter with AIG, where he specialized in analyzing risk for the Excess Casualty Division, focusing on Fortune 500 companies. After excelling in this role, Steve took on the challenge of launching and managing the excess division for AIG’s Minneapolis office, where he led operations for the next five years.

With over a decade of experience as a Property & Casualty broker, Steve developed an expertise in construction risk management, as well as other areas in the insurance industry. Recognizing the growing need for streamlined Certificate of Insurance (COI) tracking, he partnered with Larry and Mike to co-found Risk Management Compliance (RMC) Solutions. 

Under his leadership as COO, the company has grown to serve a wide array of clients in multiple industries, from local businesses in Minneapolis to large organizations across the United States.  Steve is deeply committed to understanding his clients’ unique needs, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional service are always at the forefront of his work.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating in 1992.
